Dr Hartmut Kristeleit MRCP is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and lead for Acute Oncology at South London Healthcare NHS Trust. He specialises in the treatment of early and advanced breast cancer.
He has a keen research interest in the role of novel therapies for cancers. He spent four years as an AVON Clinical Research Fellow at the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research Centre investigating novel targets in familial breast cancer.
He gives regular lectures for the University of London and has been invited to speak at national conferences and international meetings.
He has a first class medical degree from Bonn University (Germany), and also studied at Lausanne (Switzerland) and at Barts and the London. He undertook his post graduate and specialist training in London teaching hospitals including Barts, Hammersmith and St George’s.
